Contributing by Mail

To donate by check or money order, please make your donation payable to Neurofibromatosis Network. If you wish your donation to be directed in a particular way, please choose from the following options:

  • General Fund
  • NF Network Campership Fund
  • NF2 Support
  • NF Research
  • In Honor Of
  • Memorial

If you wish your donation to be In Honor of a particular individual or family, or In Memory of a loved one, please include the person’s or family’s name. If you wish to have NF Network send a card acknowledging your In Memory of or In Honor of donation, please include the name and address of the individual you would like to be notified.

Combined Federal Campaign

Through the annual CFC, members of the Federal family demonstrate that their commitment to public service extends far beyond the workplace. Pledges made by Federal civilian, postal and military donors during the campaign season (September 1st to January 15th) support eligible non-profit organizations like Neurofibromatosis Network and help make a difference in their communities. 

Thank you to everyone working on the Combined Federal Campaign and to those who participate and give through it! Together, we are working hand in hand to working to BE THE FACE OF CHANGE and make an impact on the lives of thousands living with NF.
